COMMAND YOUR DAY* *MONDAY, JANUARY 18, 2021* *DISCOVER YOUR PURPOSE

 *MEM. VERSE: JN. 1:23:*

"He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord, as said the Prophet Esaias."

*Reading: Jn. 1:19-28.*

Nothing great comes without preparation. This is the time for you to prepare for the great testimonies ahead of you. Therefore, we are going into prayers that will bring forth your hidden blessings beginning from this morning. I counsel that you may need to fast along as you pray daily in order to guarantee result. The first step in your prayers for testimony is to discover your divine purpose on earth.

In our reading this morning, the Jews asked John, "Who art thou?" They were not interested in his name or where he came from. They wanted to know his divine mission on planet earth. Every man and woman created by God has a divine purpose. God has never created a useless person. He has assignment for everyone.   Your duty is to find out why God created you. What is your assignment? Those who know their divine assignment on earth live to fulfil it. Some people are looking for connection and helpers before they can do something tangible. There are others who have connection and helpers but they fail to achieve something tangible. The reason is that they have not discovered their purpose.

Some people are busy duplicating the assignment given to other people. God gives distinct assignment to each person. Find out your distinct assignment and stop copying what others are doing. John the Baptist told the Jews that he was neither Christ nor Elijah. He had his distinct ministry. God sent him to prepare the way for Christ. When you discover your purpose, focus on it and God will bring your helpers. People will gather around you, eager to help you succeed. Do not look at past failures, rather look ahead with the eyes of faith. Discover your destination by faith based on the promise of God. When you arrive there, you will be fulfilled and testify to the goodness of God in your life. Pray to discover your purpose.     

*PROPHETIC COMMAND*

*WORSHIP! PRAISE!! THANKSGIVING!!!*

1. Thank You Father for creating me as a man/woman with a purpose.

2. Power to pray and discover my purpose in life, come upon me, in Jesus name.

3. O Lord, reveal to me my divine mission on this earth, in the name of Jesus.

4. O Lord, empower me to fulfill my divine assignment in the name of Jesus.

5. Hidden battles against my divine purpose on earth, fail and die in Jesus name.

6. Power to discover who I am, come upon me in the name of Jesus.

7. O Lord my Creator, reveal Your agenda for my life to me, in the name of Jesus.

8. I refuse to wander about in the wilderness of life. O Lord, bring me to my place of fulfilment in the name of Jesus.

9. I refuse to plough in another man's field, O Lord, show me my divine portion in the name of Jesus.

10. O Lord, surround me with divine helpers that will help me to achieve my divine purpose in Jesus name.

11. I refuse to look back. O Lord, give me the eyes of faith to look ahead, in Jesus.

12. My eagle of destiny, fly high to your place of rest, in Jesus name.
